As with any relationship with a trusted advisor, such as a doctor, lawyer, fund manager, counselor or psychologist, the relationship between the coach and client is based on absolute trust and confidentiality. All sessions with ISEC coaches are guaranteed to ensure privacy. How affordable is a coaching program? Coaching in India is still in its nascent stages and rates can vary widely between coaching companies and individual coaches. The standard industry rate for a coaching session may vary from Rs. 3000 to Rs. 20,000 (Reference: Outlook Business magazine issue dated 2nd April 2011.) ISEC follows the policy of charging coaching fees in consultation with our clients and our fees may be at variance from the figures mentioned above. |
