The Intrad School of Executive Coaching (ISEC) is a subsidiary of Intrad Consult, a privately held company that specializes in Executive Coaching and Change Management Consultancy for new economy businesses.
ISEC offers Executive Coaching and Coach Certification programs that will help companies meet the challenges of Change Management and Leadership Development. Our Founder Coach Mr. Krishna Kumar is a pioneer in his field and has more than three decades of experience as a corporate executive, a sports coach, an entrepreneur, a professor and an Executive Coach.
ISEC has programs and coaching assignments that are founded on The Inner Coach Model that has its roots in sports psychology.
