Our ISEC Newsletter was launched earlier this year by reaching out to a select group of readers and we are encouraged to find that our readership base has grown exponentially in recent months. The newsletter brings you articles that challenge your thinking and focus on the use of coaching techniques for improving managerial performance.
In recent weeks, we at ISEC are delighted that our readers are responding and writing to us with their own perspectives about issues that were published in our editorials. The quality of feedback was such that we felt that it deserved a wider audience.
And it was this thought that brought us into the blogosphere. We believe that readers of our newsletter who share their views can reach out to this wider audience and in the weeks ahead it will be our effort to share some of these via the blog.
