Certification Process

The ISEC Coach Certification program is designed for supporting and growing individuals with a passion for coaching others.
The program is conducted at 2 levels – The Executive Coach workshop (Level I) followed by the Professional Coach Workshop (Level II).

All ISEC Coaches undergo intensive training, spending considerable time and effort to learn and practice the skills required to start coaching.
The workshop curriculum includes concepts drawn from behavioral sciences, sports psychology, business management and Neuro Linguistic programming – besides the core concepts of executive coaching. ISEC’s one-of-a-kind Inner Coach Methodology™ is an integral part of the curriculum and

ISEC is a licensed school with accreditation to the International Association of Coaches (IAC), an independent coach certification body that evaluates the demonstration of specific masteries which form the hallmark of the most effective and distinguished coaches.

Terms and Conditions

1. Intrad Consult reserves the right to cancel the workshop for unavoidable reasons. In the event of cancellation, participants will be refunded their fees within a week after the scheduled program date.
2. In case of requests for cancellation by the participants, refunds will be made as follows-
Cancellation up to 45 days before the workshop – 50% refund
Cancellation between 45 days and one week before the workshop – 30% refund
Cancellation from 7 days to program date – No refund
