Ravi Neelakantan @ ISEC

Ravi is a former career diplomat who has had over 30 years of experience in various positions in the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Finance, Government of India with postings and assignments all over the world. He served as the Secretary (East) in the Ministry of External Affairs, the Indian Ambassador to Vietnam, Minister in the Indian Embassy at Bhutan, The Consul General of India (Consulate General of India in Munich), Joint Secretary in Ministry of Foreign affairs among other prestigious postings.

Presently Ravi is working with various academic institutes in India in the area of International Trade and Developing Leadership and Intelligentsia in the Public Sector. His current interests are in the area of International Trade and Human Resource Development.

A Post Graduate in Chemistry from the University of Delhi, Ravi is also an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore and the recipient of IIM Bangalore's Distinguished Alumni Award for 2010.

Ravi is a ISEC Certified Executive Coach and an Empaneled Trainer for ISEC workshops.


Raj Narayan : Editor @ ISEC

Raj is a Top Media & Management Professional with more then two decades of experience. Besides hardcore media exposure across multiple streams like newswire and internet, he also managed P&L, Operations and business development at various levels.

Raj’s areas of expertise which he built up in the course of work from organizations like AOL, MSN India, Contax Group and Press Trust of India include internet content ecosystem including writing, management and SEO, online market analytics using web tools, off shoring, process management, business research.

Guhesh Ramanathan @ ISEC

Guhesh serves as an independent director / strategic advisor for many start-ups in domains that span mobility services, education and measurement of ability, clean energy, eco-tourism and social entrepreneurship at the NSRCEL at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. His early career in IT (IDM, WIPRO and Digital Equipment Corporation) transitioned into a move into full-time entrepreneurship in 1994. He is currently a mentor at both IIM Bangalore's NSRCEL and at IIM Ahmedabad's MentorEdge

Guhesh is an advanced scuba diver and is currently combining his experiences as a Scuba Diver, and as a Mentor to organizations and people, in a series that he calls the Scuba Sutras: Ten Lessons from under the Sea.

Guhesh is a graduate in electrical engineering from IT-BHU (1985) and holds a PGDM from IIM Bangalore (1988).  He is an ISEC Certified Level II Executive Coach and empaneled trainer for ISEC workshops.

Sulakshana Shenoy: Program Manager @ ISEC

Sulakshana is the first point of contact when you connect with us. With her natural exuberance and commitment to the task at hand, she ensures that things run smoothly at ISEC. Prior to joining ISEC, Sulakshana was associated with Reliance Communications as Deputy Manager- HR.

Sulakshana has rich experience in learning and development and Organizational development domain-conceptualizing, designing and executing various training programs and interventions. She is also a certified behavioral analyst from Maximum Potential, USA.

She holds a B. E in Electrical and Electronics from Manipal University and a PGDM in HR from T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal. Sulakshana is an ISEC Executive Coach and is currently the Program Manager @ ISEC.


Deepak Nakil: Publisher @ ISEC

Deepak is a business leader with 25 years of industry experience in dealing with business solutions to enterprises, in the manufacturing and financial industry segments, in markets across the globe. After a successful corporate career spanning more than a decade and prestigious companies such as Wipro and Hewlett-Packard, Deepak took the plunge to become an entrepreneur.

He currently runs his company Reftree Solutions where he is the founder CEO and is also a Director on the board of 2 other companies Unisoft Infotech and Lake Systems, where he helps businesses with business development, driving strategies, building partnership and managing operations.

Deepak has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune University. Deepak is an ISEC Level II Personal Coach and oversees the publication of ISEC newsletters through his on-line venture (www.reftree.com)

Tamal Bhatia @ISEC

Tamal is the founder of 4° Consulting, which provides niche training and OD solutions to corporate clients. In his decade long career Tamal has donned many a hat- a trainer, Entrepreneur and coach being some of them. Tamal is a  a certified practitioner of the MBTI from the APT, USA and  is also knowledgeable about executive coaching and Facilitation techniques.He has also independently developed a full-fledged simulation game Starship Enterprise that focuses on collaboration and the common vision in any team.  Tamal has worked with Leadership teams of a variety of organizations in various sectors.

A keen sports enthusiast from where he draws a lot of parallels and insights into teams, Tamal has coached school teams and continues to play with children, demonstrating the values and joy that sports can bring to anyone. He currently is writing a book called the ‘Success Compass’ based on experiences in the real world.

Prof. Leo Lobo @ISEC

Leo is a NLP Master trainer involved in NLP training in India and abroad. He is trained and mentored by Dr. Richard Mc Hugh, the NLP master. He is also trained in Counseling, Gestalt therapy and photo language. He has conducted many NLP process laboratories helping people to get rejuvenated in life.

Nakul Shenoy @ISEC

Nakul is a leading corporate entertainer and speaker based in Bangalore, who travels the world entertaining audiences drawn from, but not confined to, Fortune 100 compnies. A master at persuasion and influence, he is among  a few elite performers dedicated to psychic entertainment and has performed his mind reading shows at venues in Asia, Middle East, Europe,UK and USA.


The only entertainer in India to have presented five TEDx Talks (and counting). An expert communicator, Nakul is a speaker of choice for premiere events hosted by top corporates  on topics of human mind and people behavior.
