About our Associate Partners :

Philip Meadows

Philip has been working in the coaching arena for over twenty years and his career includes leadership roles in the non-search practices of leading UK firms Baines Gwinner and Whitehead Mann. His sector experience is very broad, but he has a high level of expertise working in financial and professional services. A richly varied set of life experiences includes leadership positions in the military, political, educational and charitable spheres. He was also fortunate to have been trained by one of the pre-eminent Inner Game coaches.

 

Philip enjoys writing and his pieces on topics ranging from leadership, succession, mentoring, non-executive directorships & portfolio life, the economy & corporate purpose, and careers, have been published in business, financial and HR media.  He was educated at the University of Reading where he gained a BA(Hons) in History and studied French at Université Stendhal-Grenoble 3. He is a Fellow of The Royal Geographical Society and a member of the Next Generation Non-Executive Network in the UK, having been involved since its foundation.

 

 

Nigel Cumberland

 

Nigel is the founder of two organisations in the talent management and coaching and leadership development space – The Silk Road Partnership and the STG group.  Through the STG Group he also provides talent management and leadership training and consulting services to various multinational clients throughout Asia and the Gulf regions.

 Nigel also sits on the board of directors of various companies and not-for-profit organisations in locations as far afield as Dubai, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

Previously Nigel founded and ran an awarding-winning Greater China executive search firm called St. George’s. Prior to this he had been a regional Finance Director with Coats plc (then a UK FTSE100 company).  Nigel is a certified assessor in various psychometric instruments which he uses in his various engagements.  He has also held senior executive positions, located all over the world, with various other multinationals including Dalgety plc, Macquarie Bank and Adecco SA.

Nigel  has a masters degree in Arts from the Cambridge University (Hons) and a business diploma from Strathcyde University (UK). He is a member of the International Association of Coaching (USA) and a Member of the  Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (Singapore).He is also a Fellow  of the Institute of Leadership and Management (UK) and  Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK).


Cristina Grace

Cristina has worked with business leaders to achieve business and professional goals through a combination of strategic advice and supportive challenge for over 15 years. She has spend the majority of her career either working in or advising financial or professional service companies.

The first 11 years of her career were spent working as an investment banker and then as a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in London working with asset management,retail and investment banking clients internationally. Her last corporate role was as the group director of private equity firm 3i's Business Leaders Network globally.

As a partner at Whitehead Mann, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, she worked with boards and executive teams across all sectors to enhance performance and deliver change. She is currently coaching senior executives in  two of the major banks headquartered in the UK. 


Cristina has a B.A (Hons) from the University of North Carolina and a MBA from Insead. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner and a qualified psychometric assessor( MBTI, Hogan Development Survey and Personality Inventory, OPQ,MQ) and a coaching certificate from Institute for Human Development.
