Our Founder Coach


Our Founder Coach:
Mr. Krishna Kumar is a pioneer in the sphere of Executive Coaching in India and is also the Founder Director of the Intrad School of Executive Coaching (ISEC).

As an Executive Coach, Mr. Krishna Kumar brings to the table his expertise in various fields gained over the course of the last 30 years. He specializes in the Inner Coach methodology that brings together concepts and practices from sports psychology and organizational behavior to enhance performance of senior managers in the corporate world. This model has been successfully implemented in coaching various senior executives and CEOs from companies across India.

An active member of the coaching community, he is the President elect of the International Association of Coaching (IAC), Bangalore Chapter and actively involved in popularizing the use of coaching as a means of personal and organizational development. He is a Founding Fellow of the Harvard based Institute of Coaching Professional Association(ICPA).  

Mr. Krishna Kumar has donned various hats in a career spanning three decades during which he served as a corporate executive, a sports coach, an entrepreneur, a professor, board member and an Executive Coach. He started his career with Madura Coats in the early 1982, he was appointed Commercial Director of at the age of 34 and proceeded to win several accolades during his tenure. Having tasted success at the corporate level, Mr. Krishna Kumar began his Entrepreneurial journey by venturing in textile consulting where he shared his expertise and knowledge with others.

His passion for sports, especially tennis, resulted in Kinesis Tennis Academy, an organization that is today rated amongst India’s largest professional tennis institutes. A USPTR certified tennis coaching professional, he is also the recipient of the USPTR India President’s award for contribution to the field of tennis coaching and the PTR (United States Professional Tennis Registry) award for the Pro Coach of the year 2011. He has contributed to and been profiled in several leading publications of the day.

Krishna Kumar has a degree in Engineering from IIT Madras. He also holds degrees in management from IIM, Bangalore and INSEAD.
