The ISEC Story

The Intrad School of Executive Coaching (ISEC) is a subsidiary of Intrad Consult, a privately held company that specializes in Executive Coaching and Change Management Consultancy for new economy businesses.

ISEC offers Executive Coaching and Coach Certification programs that will help companies meet the challenges of Change Management and Leadership Development. Our Founder Coach Mr. Krishna Kumar is a pioneer in his field and has more than three decades of experience as a corporate executive, a sports coach, an entrepreneur, a professor and an Executive Coach. He is currently serving as he President of the Bangalore Chapter of International Association of Coaching(IAC).
ISEC has programs and coaching assignments that are founded on The Inner Coach Model that has its roots in sports psychology. It provides principles, methods, and tools to assist self-learning because a coach’s prime responsibility is to facilitate learning. Self-awareness using the Inner Coach methodology is the basis for enhancing effectiveness of teams and building superior leadership capabilities.

The School draws on international best practice from North America, Europe and Asia, including a range of different coaching methodologies, such as NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) and management consultancy.

Intrad Consult was established in 1995 by Founder-Director, Krishna Kumar, as an international trading and management consultancy firm. Our International Trade & Business Division continues to be active in the areas of Textile accessories, Stationary items and Sports goods marketing.
